A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required at pickup or delivery, and we may refuse, cancel or refund any order where age or identity cannot be verified. It is illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under 21.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout, including a valid name, contact details and delivery address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (if you create an account) secure and for all activity under your account.

Products, Descriptions, Pricing & Availability

We work to keep product names, descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurate and current. The price shown on the site is the price you pay for the product; applicable taxes and any disclosed fees are added and shown at checkout before payment. Product images are for illustration; actual labels, vintages and packaging may vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or change products at any time. If a pricing or availability error is found after you order, we will contact you before charging and you may confirm or cancel the order.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse or cancel any order, and to verify information before fulfilling — including for suspected fraud, resale, ineligibility, or violations of law. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, Pickup, Returns & Billing

Fulfillment, returns, refunds and pricing are governed by our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Billing Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them as part of your purchase.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Slauson Liquor is a licensed California retailer (CA ABC License No. 656397) and is committed to the responsible sale of alcohol. We will not sell or deliver to anyone who is under 21, who cannot present valid ID, or who appears intoxicated. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your age or identity, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, or to infringe our or others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
